Leila Luliana da Costa Vieira Lopes better known as Leila Lopes was Miss Universe 2011. She was the only second African woman of Black African descent and fourth African women to win this beauty pageant title. Leila Lopes also won the title of Miss Angola UK and Miss Angola in 2010. Although she was born in Benguela Angola but she completed her studies in London and represented the Angolan community in UK .
Leila Lopes now faces charges of making false documents which helped her to won the earlier beauty pageant. British Media blamed her that she won the Miss Angola UK competition by showing forged documents that allowed her to participate in the competition although she was not entitled to compete it.
